I am a woman forged not merely by fire, but by divine purpose. I am resilient in spirit, visionary in pursuit, and deeply rooted in compassion. My life bears the imprint of unimaginable loss, yet it is not sorrow that defines me. It is the sacred alchemy of turning pain into purpose. The violent loss of my beloved son, Sabree Marquis Daniel, and his devoted stepmother, Mrs. Renay Daniel, to domestic violence shattered me. However, it also ignited a lifelong mission—to heal, to uplift, and to forge pathways of power from the ashes of grief. Their lives, their love, and their legacy are the quiet wind beneath every endeavor I undertake.
I am not a transformational leader by title alone. I am a bearer of light in darkened spaces, a steward of sacred work, and a relentless advocate for those whose stories have been muted by systems, fractured by trauma, or buried beneath the weight of generational injustice.
Through S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy, Incorporated, my 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization in honor of my baby, Sabree, and its groundbreaking division, S.A.B.R.E.E.: Innovation and Resilience Early Childhood Initiative (SIRECI), I boldly champion holistic equity from the very start of life. Serving children ages 0 to 8 in historically underserved communities, my nonprofit organization is committed to nurturing bright minds and brave hearts by integrating culturally responsive education, early intervention, mental health support, and family-centered wraparound services.
Through the programs and initiatives designed and implemented by SIRECI: S.A.B.R.E.E. Innovation Research, I have created a sanctuary for restoration—a place where historically marginalized youth are seen, strengthened, and equipped to rise. S.A.B.R.E.E. is not simply a nonprofit organization; it is a vow sealed in heartbreak, a living altar to resilience, and a generational bridge toward healing and hope.
With over two decades of cross-sector excellence spanning education, nonprofit leadership, and visionary innovation, I have translated lived experience into strategic impact. I hold a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership and have authored six transformative books, each a clarion call for justice, healing, and spiritual renewal. My scholarship is not abstract theory. It is rooted in trenches I have walked, learning institutions & classrooms I have led, and communities I have loved.
As a thought leader and compassionate advocate, I explore the sacred intersections of trauma and triumph, language and leadership, education and equity. Whether through writing, mentorship, or community-building, I offer not just strategies but soul; tools forged in struggle and polished in prayer.
In addition, I serve as a Board of Directors Member for The Skylar Project, a nonprofit organization that champions trauma-informed care and bereavement support for families navigating the unimaginable. I also serve as an Advisory Committee Member for Kindred 360, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing, creating, and promoting policies and procedures that overcome historic racism, end Black maternal and child health crisis, and provide supportive services.
My lived experience as a mother who has endured profound loss informs my compassionate and strategic approach to maternal and infant health disparities. Through my role, I champion trauma-informed care, bereavement support, and community-based healing initiatives designed to provide solace and strength to families facing unimaginable challenges.
Beyond credentials and accomplishments, what sets me apart is unwavering humanity. I lead with tenderness and tenacity. I show up with both head and heart. I am a mother who has buried a child, a woman who has survived abuse, a warrior who has stared down despair, and yet, I rise. Not as a product of my pain, but as a vessel of healing. A conduit of purpose. A living testament to what happens when faith, fortitude, and fierce love converge.
S.A.B.R.E.E. is not merely a name. It is a movement. A call to reimagine leadership as liberation, education as healing, and advocacy as sacred duty. Through every initiative, every program, every speech, every page penned, I invite others into a future where trauma is not inherited, equity is non-negotiable, and every child is fortified in dignity.
I do not merely serve communities; I walk with them. Shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart. Creating blueprints of hope. Planting seeds of resilience. And building, brick by sacred brick, a world where rising is not the exception, but the birthright.
